Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.
Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
Please note - all the items on our site are described and photographed as accurately as possible, however small variations in size, colour and design may occur.
When products leave our care they are in full working order. If the product has become damaged in transit please return it to us and a replacement will be sent.
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered please return it within 7 days of the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging. When making a return please indicate whether you would like us to refund your money or send you a replacement.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return goods.
Please note - if you are requesting a replacement we are only able to replace the returned product with an identical item (requests for different sizes acceptable). If you wish to order different items please ask for a refund place a new order.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
